Alison Doody
Alison Doody, born 11 November 1966 in Ireland is a model and actress. Alison Doody made her feature film debut as the Bond girl with the film A View to a Kill, (1985). Then she starred in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989. She played Nazi sympathizing archaeologist Elsa Schneider. Siobhan Doovan portrayed Charlotte in Taffin in 1988, and Rebecca Flannery starred in Major League II in 1994. Doody was a model when she was approached by a aspiring photographer. She has since evolved into commercial modelling. Doody was adamantly against glamour, nudity and thongs when she was modeling. After being spotted by of the casting director of a new James Bond film she accepted the role of Jenny Flex in 1985's A View to a Kill. Doody was named as one of 12 Promising New Actors of 1986 by John Willis Screen World, Volume. 38.
